जील रेनवेयर कंपनी में कार्य करने वाले श्रमिकों ने की हड़ताल मीडिया को देखकर नजरबंद किया प्रबंधन ने श्रमिकों को सागवाड़ा डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा उपखंड अंतर्गत जील रेनवेयर कंपनी में काम करने वाले मजदूरों ने अपने हक की मांग को लेकर आवाज उठाई और हजारों की संख्या में मजदूरों ने कार्य का बहिष्कार करते हुए कंपनी के बाहर जमावड़ा लगा दिया स्थिति को देखते हुए प्रबंधन ने पुलिस को सूचित किया मौके पर पुलिस जाब्ता पहुंचा और इसकी खबर जब मीडिया को लगी तो मौके पर मीडिया भी पहुंचा मीडिया को देखकर प्रबंधन ने सभी श्रमिकों को जील रेनवेयर कंपनी के अंदर ले लिया और गेट को बंद कर दिया मीडिया को अंदर आने से रोक दिया गया । गेट को बंद करके श्रमिकों को दबाव बनाते हुए प्रबंधन ने कहा कि अगर आपको काम करना है तो करिए अन्यथा आप जा सकते हैं इस तरह से दबाव बनाते हुए श्रमिकों का शोषण किया जा रहा है । सुबह 8:00 बजे से दोपहर 11:45 खबर बनने तक श्रमिकों को नजरबंद किए हुए रखा गया । फिलहाल श्रमिकों के ऊपर दबाव बनाया जा रहा है और उन्हें नौकरी से निकाल देने की धमकी दी जा रही है ऐसे में श्रमिक अपनी मांगों पर अड़े हुए जील रेनवेयर कंपनी के अंदर कार्य का बहिष्कार करते हुए बैठे रहे । करीब 1:00 बजे मजदूरों ने गेट को खोलकर बाहर निकलकर मीडिया से रूबरू होते हुए बताया कि उनके साथ शोषण हो रहा है और उनकी सैलरी नहीं बढ़ाई जा रही है लंबे समय से उनका इंसेंटिव भी रोक दिया गया है इस बात को लेकर उग्र हुए श्रमिकों ने कंपनी के बाहर बैठकर नारेबाजी भी की ।
