My PC sucks so I can't test it in this game, but in Rivals 1 teleporting into a smoke cloud gives you both your up-B and your double jump back, once. That's how that other Dorsburn was doing 2 teleports. If you wanna jump off and edgeguard as Forsburn, you'll pretty much always wanna push B ahead of time so you'll have a trail of smoke leading back to stage
as a Fors main from RoA 1---I can tell you that forsburn no longer gets his double jump back from smoke. He also only gets one free teleport into smoke, instead of two. To compensate for these losses, he now has an alternate form of side-b (only active while your clone is out) that tosses him for a big horizontal movement burst. Another BIG universal change is that characters can no longer wall jump while in special fall. This is especially notable on new forsburn, as now your up-B is truly your *last* last option. His recovery is way different thanks to all these changes, and imho a bit weaker than it was in RoA 1, even with the new side B.... Losing one teleport & jump really feels bad, maybe im just not used to it yet.

10:06 - Not sure if this is exactly what happened to you, but I found that alt+tabbing out of Rivals will still allow me to use my controller in the menus outside of a lobby (regardless of whether it's a local or online lobby), but I won't be able to use my controller if I'm in a lobby or a match. I saw you moved your mouse a little at this moment, and I'm not sure if you also did an alt+tab or not, but if you just clicked on Rivals to make sure that that window was focused, I have no idea what happened to you.
@@iliya1933 yea and a lil after this video I played with some friends and it happened again but in the lobby so I just think I can’t tab out at all unless of course if I’m not in a match but still! And I’m playing on borderless window too so yeaaa….
@@miachristensen5444 I used to play a lil Kragg in the first one and he was mad fun but I always had interest in forsburn just cause he looks cool! I’m gonna still test out the waters with him but so far I’m having a lot of fun playing and learning him
