Bit late to the video, but here's some tips I picked up over the weekend that you may have already learned since (watching your videos oldest to newest from over the weekend): 1. Priestess (big tanky dude) has equivalent of Soul Eater from PoE, where they gain stats over time. But if you go into melee range, they stop gaining stacks making them way easier to kill. Learning the cards and where you're supposed to engage or dodge has made things way easier for me. I just don't like reading the cards 3x per maps, lol. 2. Likewise, learning some of the game board layouts is insanely good similar to Canvas last league. Like the one you already knew about dodging chests until the end, but there's other templates like the "you must pick up extra life or die" board and a few others I can't think of. 3. The ? tiles can be insanely good so I try to go for them as much as possible. Upgrade chests, more dice cards, more lives, put down good chests ahead, etc. Especially when you have red chests, hitting the ? tile to upgrade into a rainbow is sooo good. 4. On a similar note, I use my upgrade cards as soon as I can. Because I want the chests to be as high as possible for when I land on the ? tile. Like if I have 1 blue chest and a 3 blue chest upgrade, I may hold out. But like all other league mechanics, the difference in rainbow and say purple is quite large. 5. And to make the last 2 synergize even better, I go for a lot of the dice card tiles as well, especially if it's 2-3 cards for the cost of 1. Some boards I end up with 6-10 cards to significantly increase the odds I can basically chain as many of the things as possible. Especially landing some retreat cards so I can "loop" to get a whole section of good tiles before progressing forward again. Most of those things together make the mechanic take way longer and probably less FE/hour than skipping it in 8-0 unless I land some good rainbow chest chains. But I'm hoping building up that knowledge now means when I apply it in Profound, it will be really good for the higher up Kismets. Just peaked around 2B dps last night on Iris 2, but only took several thousand FE to finally find some upgrades that actually moved my damage up instead of down, lol.
Worth noting, when you reach the end you can spam roll the dice to get what you want, for example at 6:30 you could've moved to the end, rolled the dice till you got a 1, moved back 5 spaces, then used the 1 roll to get the red chest at the end.
canvas built different... i started playing TL in clockwork and had a ton of fun with the league mechanic, just want to spam maps in a brain-dead way and see some loot explosions lol xd ngl this arcana kinda boring
This is the only season i got bored before even getting to t8s. Loot is same as last season and scarce, monsters are overtunes like last season, i need to complete evey tier in every region just to get to higher just as easy maps... I dont know what chinese playerbase like but i dont see they are keeping me with another season like this. Shame because i use to get really hyped about tli season starts.
I thought the initial maps were good a few seasons ago when it was T1 glacial. T2 lava, T3 thunder, T4 Steel, T5 void. Then just T7. The fact that you complete a tier, then click a new zone. To get the same pop up for every zone is incredibly poor
Yeah exactly, it isn't even adding to the retention because you complete them 1 time and jump into t7 on your new character... I think someone critical on XD has changed and the new guy doesn't even play the game. As a software engineer i have seen this happen so many times.

Oh good point!
This is the first season i didnt buy the pass and i didnt go for the legendary season pet, do the pet worth the money?
no it's all pay to win save your money
Nothing is worth swiping for in a game
@@Gooba03 yepp you are right. That being said how it feels the pet compared to the other season pets?
Running minions is epic in TLi
Just not on boom
They killed my man boom moto and then gave me this league mechanic lol. I’m in distress
Yeah, they've lost touch with what made Boom great. Or even playable
my hopes were up with boom moto just for him to be bad
You and me both. I think I'll craft him full T2 gear. Just to double check
I was waiting for your verdict on boom moto before i started playing if not ill probably play selena
I think it is way over tuned I died soooo many times to that
Damage is way too high

Yeah I don't know why they're so deadset against in map mechanics

Glad I am skipping this league
Doesn't hurt to skip leagues. Makes you fresh for the next one!
