Why would it switch off because that relay is overheating.. there is no way to detect that and act on that.. also the temperature was not excessive at all.. seems like you solved the problem by assembling it back.. even a loose solder is more likely
The relay was faulty, it was heating till 50 degrees, and after that No complain from the technician who installed it back.
Is the outdoor unit OK?
The outdoor unit was fine, it had no circuit board.
