Thanks Kyamagero and Kasuku but about people in middle east i think there's something you're not getting right compared to other European countries and America, My submission is like this, middel east has enabled Many school dropouts, unskilled labourers and people with no input to go and earn some good money compared to the salaries in Uganda, People who earn 1million monthly salary after all expenditures are very few and mostly they are professionals. Secondly since our educational system create more job seekers than job creators that alone makes it difficult for the available opportunities to employ All Job Seekers
Mental health is caused by extreme stress, AND ONE OF the major causes of stress,is not doing what you are meant to do,and prioritising ,every life without a plan to follow, a vision to follow, stress is bound to happen, coz you will be frustrated at the goals they never chased and extreme poverty
Remove all people who are negative or toxic ,love your self and because you focus on you ,you will attain your goals ,Be selfish with your time ,not every one is worth it,HAVE A QUIET PEACEFUL TIME TO THINK CLEARLY WITHOUT PRESSURE, AND YOU WILL MAKE BEST DECISIONS IN YOUR LIFE.
