I had reflux that bad last year i was struggling to eat. Having high alkaline veg like spinach and lettuce helped it become bearable. Some tea can help too and limit foods high in fat becuase that'll make symptoms worse. I only get it now when i have a lot of acidic or spicy things but it's tolerable at least.
