Maybe a low level character. Start the video with the Character screen so we see what your dealing with. Then Inventory, cyberware and stats. Maybe use Karenzikov with a ranged weapon to help aim ?

It's useless, instead look for things that compliment your build. If you are a netrunner, things that improve your netrunner ability, aside from defensive nonsense.
