Am I missing something? Are there 2 sphenoid sinuses. At 2:27 you point out the sphenoid sinus medially to the posterior lateral aspect of the mastoid sinus but in all the text books I've learned the sphenoid sinuses are posterior to the ethmoid sinuses.
