I don't think you should "technically" charge your energy, you just...do. And you don't just "technically" have 3 PGs in hand... you just have them.
What are the good Keter soul-charging option in Liael? I only have 2 Sajess (moved from my Bastion Accord deck, don't wanna sell my kidneys for more copies UNLESS he get reprinted in the future) and I consider Drilling Angel a bit too clunky (early game is nice but as soon as divine skill turn hits, his presence is becoming bricky) . For now I am teching Bringer of Fervor Liir , which can SC2 if called by Minerva order and/or Biscotti, but too piece reliant to work reliably, any suggestions please?
@@senjo8169 Define "spamming" when your in-theme grade 1 booster and grade 2 main bind target all needs SB, yes timing matters, but every Liael player after playtest will tell you the soul is tight

Seeing Shane’s hand at the end of game 1 I realize it didn’t matter, but if he was going to make it one to pass he should have just used one card to guard.
Not running the genesis order + Teithfalt on Rezael means you're not getting the most of Rezael divine skill. Also reviving dog is better than painkiller because dog gets +5k more and you filter from top 2. Also from my testing its also possible to run Teithfalt in Liael. You're gonna need to run the G2 that goes to soul and CC if you have 3 or more face down damage, but if you're running the CC dog anyway you might as well run a CC that gives soul.
Rezael is very non-linear in how you build it. You can go an Order build with Teithfalt, a very heavy plussing build, an aggro rush build, there's even a build centered around those Festival Set Orders that move rearguards to guard so you can revive and reuse PGs, etc. You could spend 3 hours arguing which Rezael build would be best but the point is there isn't just one obvious recipe for Rezael which is good to see.
@@elin111 honestly seeing all the Rezael builds is making me just a little bit interested in building it. Then I remember I'm not a Keter player, I've never been a Keter player, and there's no way in hell I'm paying for the prices of those cards. Sigh. At least I can still fight them, that's still fun. Just an honest deck that doesn't do weird crap...
with new support my local all slowly moving from order build to painkiller build, which they feel more consistent compare to order build, and also tech in rear-guard removal (sb1 bounce 1 rg and opponent draw 1)
My prediction before watch the fights: Nah, Razeal'd win. After seeing the whole video: OK... No surprise that Liael won. No genesis order? No Teithfalt? Keep calling Painkiller even when you can call Serugaon?
@@TopDeckHeroes I just saw the decklist. Still, I think it's a lot better to use Teithfalt and genesis order. But I understand that you need some space for testing new cards like that CC doggo tho.
@@cardnacn6704 looking at the recent lists from JP, the new support has people building Rezael differently. Multiple topping lists have cut the order engine, multiple have kept it. Some are cutting biscotti in favor of spiral cutie so they can have the energy for the new G2, others are running less of the new G2.

Otherwise it's lacking in the numbers, aggression, and hand department unlike his other divine mates like Blangdmire, Varga, and Welstra 😒😒😒😒😒😒 which don't absolutely need a bunch of expensive generics to carry its sorry butt.

Yeah the build is very interesting. Not what I’d personally play but I understand why these games went the way they did with the Rezael build.
