NASI KRAWU MBOK SU GRESIK EXISTS SINCE 1950||ENJOY LEGENDARY CULINARY TYPICAL GRESIK

This krawu rice does not only contain shredded beef, but also contains beef innards such as kikil, tripe, intestines and liver.
It is said that krawu rice can last for days, you know... They say the rice itself is made in a special way so that the rice doesn't go stale quickly.
Many people say that nasi krawu comes from krawuk which means someone who serves with their bare hands without the help of tools such as spoons or any tools.
But according to this seller, the word krawu is the actual term for grated coconut which is red, friends, this color uses red chilies as a natural coloring and there is also yellow serundeng which is not spicy at all.
