I generally agree though. Broadcasting is only a start. It really needs to push people to step 2 of going to find a community to help them grow. A welcome mat is only useful if it is near a house.
Billy would partner with local churches, in my mind - “community” for follow up and long term discipleship and equipping. Not to oversimplify, Billy was really good at connection… he was a preacher… a content creator… but he was not known for community or shepherding as he traveled so much. -jr
