This NU Lady Bulldogs squad is a force to reckoned with this season. The setter has so many options to use and halos lahat nakakascore easily. I'm hoping that they can keep this up all throughout the season. LGNU!!

I think this Season 84 is for NU to win. This is the ideal line-up I've been anticipating since Season 81. With Cagande, Lacsina, Belen, Solomon, Robles, Turing, and Nierva on the floor, NU is set to get that Championship. On the other hand, seems like my sentimental fave team of ALE is on for a rough journey this season. Good thing Nisperos is doing a great job. I hope her teammates will get themselves together and move as a team. ALE's weakness is always the coverage and defense..but I'm sure they'll work on it. Go, teams!

@@ramb.3282 Yup. Pandak na nga, ang angas pa. I'm a fan of Tyang Abby nung UAAP, but san ka makakakita ng middle blocker na 5'8-5'9 sa world stage? Yung reason nila is bcos of her leadership daw. I mean, everyone can be a leader naman, but not everyone can have a 6 feet height.

Its surprising that these collegiate players can do jump serves, I've seen this in every team right now, these new players are really nice.

I am a big fan of Ateneo but there are plays I cannot find from the team while the others have (recruitment problem?) The tournament is just starting and there are still days for improvement. NU is amazing just like in the season 82 (called off) and hopefully this season, NU makes it to the top 2. Adamson is also surprising. So excited to watch NU vs La Salle. It could be an early view how NU will go on. 😉
Yeah me too Ateneo feels off in the game(pero given na Yun since kulang sila sa mga players since nagkaroon ng Covid yung 6 players ng ALE and from what I see,mostly Yung mga nakaquarantine is key players din ng Ateneo in this season).

Defense and confidence are keys to Ateneo if they want to regain their championship, I guess the first round is tough for them, but if they can solve their weaknesses, there will be a change of momentum.

NU has a solid floor defense, knowing their oh robles and belen not that tall but receiving, digging and attacking powerful, plus solomon on the opposite side. Setter had great distribution of ball plus nierva as libero also their middles. Grabi mga batang to pwedeng pwede as u23 nt . Rooting for bulldogs

From the moment I saw Solomon, Robles and Belen play since the start of the season I already have thing feeling that this year will be theirs, but still we can’t jump into conclusions as long as the other teams are fighting, things can still change like the way Ateneo defeated La salle in Season 76.
