- The Bobil Vans Solaris controller is a controller which will turn on the electric element when the battery voltage hits a programmable threshold, and turns it off when it drops below a separate threshold. This video shows how to program the controller for your desired setpoints.
Thank you. Nice and clear. What about P3 and O4 This is confusing in the instruction I have
I have programmed as explained and notice that the controller does not switch off when the power drops below the 12.7 it stays on? im baffled has anyone any suggestions please
Sometimes try power cycling after programming to reset the logic
@@bobilvans4205 how is that done?

What is P3 and P4? Do you know maybe?
YAY
Do you have a hot water level sensor switch to turn on a valve to open cold water into the tank when it’s low and shut off when it’s high?
Hi there - do you have the Air Xchange kit? Or the hybrid? The hybrid just automatically fills as it’s a pressurised system. The Air Xchange you can put a float sensor in to fill the tank with cold water.
@@bobilvans4205 I don’t have either, I am building my own hot water tank with a few things from you. I just got a 2 gauge float switch which would control a solenoid valve to allow cold water feed into the hot water tank
How did you wire it to the mppt or battery side.
I am missing this part
