In essentially my headcanon, I'd like to think this is a canonical entry somewhere in the timeline after the events of GX where Jaden dawns his Supreme King Armor once again to take on Sartorius. To all Duelists, enjoy this epic Duel!

You can really hear in KENN’s voice that it’s been 20 years since GX…shame we didn’t get Saiou saying “Za Warudo” one final time
@@ez1953 see I knew I wasn’t the only one just waiting for “The World” to be played or at least sent to the grave! But for sure, it’s been quite a while, though at the same time, I’m just glad they’re finally showing the GX JP cast some love. This is one of the only live duels I’ve seen for any of them. actually, it's not been 20 years, i think around 5-6 years ago, he voiced in Duel Links app for Saiou/Sartorius

My goodness, this is was so much fun to watch!! You can tell the voice actors put their all into it! As an anime fan, definitely buying this set for the awesome set of cards for both characters.

It’s not *entirely* without reason. Though I do get how sudden it is. But considering that the Supreme King’s primary role is to stop the Light of Destruction, doesn’t it make sense for the Supreme King, now able to manifest fully, to stand against a stronger avatar of the Light?

Omg! Like literally they just meet up again for how long they didn't see each other, after they decide to have a friendly match they sit down & they just qnet all out Light of Destruction & Gentle Darkness for no reason all because the game stated with cup of Ace.
Like I get it's just Pot of Greed but dudes you didn't have to go that far to trigger your alter ego's 🤣

From where you get the voice clips for the new cards? wow Konami should add them to duel links too, most these cards will end up being "monster effect activate"

遊戯王２作目事GXのデュエルを見ていて、ARC-Vの先行ドロー無しのお互いにフィールド発動可のデュエルを見ていて違和感しか無いと思っています。
それは指摘する価値があります!その理由は、リアルカードゲームのルール変更によるものでした。その特別な変更が加えられたのは Arc-V あたりです。控えめに言っても、それは間違いなく「興味深い」選択でした。ただし、アニメしか見ていない場合は指摘する価値があります。

Was this a real Konami duel? Where do you find this?
I'm glad you asked! Yes, this is official, but as for where to find it, it's either Japan's TH-cam (a Konami channel that's specifically in Japanese) or on one of Konami's websites. I managed to come across it on a whim and decided to share it as quick as I found it. But as for actually finding the source, I'm still working on figuring the specifics out. Once I do, I'll be able to share any of the previous live scripted Duels which I know come from the same source as this Duel as well as the new ones released in the future.
