613 ORIGINALS WORST TRANSFERS EVER. I followed the instruction they gave me which were wrong and then followed the new settings and I couldn't get them to release and when they did release the edges peeled. Tried everything nothing helped. They have no return policy basically they said I'm doing something wrong and can't help me so now I have $100 of transfers that are worthless and just lost a customer
Same thing happened to me. Their instruction were completely wrong. Same thing when I called they said it was my press I have a DK 20 never offered a refund or explained why these transfers didn't release.
