    Maybe once a month you could do a video reviewing and repairing one of your viewers struggling ebay stores?

      Ok from the 8 likes this comment has gotten it is clear that there is some demand for this. I will work on doing this (or something similar) in the coming weeks. Thanks for the suggestion 👍

    I agree with you that being proactive with buyers is a great idea. Like you said, "Being incredibly nice to eBay buyers, even when they don't deserve it, is paying dividends". You are so right. Even though we sellers will occasionally get scammed by a devious buyer, going the extra mile to help ALL our buyers will pay off in the long run. It will limit negative feedback, increase our reputation, increase sales, and generate repeat customers. Thanks.

    I batch prep all my meals too, stacking in the freezer then into the microwave frees up a ton of time.
    What service do you use for pickup at home? Sendle?
    A vlog showing your daily routine and how you perform each task would be great. Listing that many items is impressive.

    This video is very good info, thanks. I lost $40.00 this week because of bad buys on my part. Prada eyeglass frames paid $40 sold for $16 and 2 Coach wallets paid $8 each turned out to be counterfeit and were removed by eBay. I've sold lots of Coach and these appeared to have all perfect elements. So smarter buying I think would be a good video to give us info. Thanks Samson.

    Awesome vid! Your day looks a lot different to mine as a full-time ebay seller! I have about 10 or so SKUs that I sell day in day out, but flip life fascinates me! Keep up the videos, subscribed!

    I loveee how you handle customer service, not taking it personally & move on. Do you end up blocking those buyers or not?
    Yes would love to see your day to day vlog video please, how you balance reselling & relax time & social life etc. Thanks! 😊

      Great idea mate, I wonder if this causes buyers to be more likely to buy from you due to them seeing how active you are on your account & with customer service specifically.

      Thanks, I will cover this in the future, trying to get my process with bulk upload to the point where I can explain it in a digestible manner if that makes sense. I don't want to just make a video on it that only applies to me or people with a very similar process.

    Great tips, I also always go above and beyond to settle any disputes or issues, it helps customers to build the trust and confidence to shop on eBay if they have a positive experience when something goes wrong.

    Hello SamsonTV. First, great videos. I just discovered you tonight and I've got a lot of value out of what I've seen so far. Thank you. I do have a couple of questions: 1) how do you source online? and 2) The items that you source online, do you bring them into your inventory or are they warehoused at a separate location?

    • @SamsonTV
      @SamsonTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks man! I do source online from a few different sources. A good video covering many of the ways can be found here: th-cam.com/video/ne9oJD9E-rg/w-d-xo.html . And yes I do bring the items to my address & store within my home & also a storage unit. I do not have a warehouse space at this stage but plan to get one in the future. 👍

    Another great informative video, thank you. I agree with you Samson and believe consistency is key to reselling. I’ve been trying to be more consistent by listing more quality listings so I don’t have to return and fix errors. My question to you is: after you list your items do you put in an inventory file? I have caught myself forgetting at times and then find myself wasting time searching for the item bin after bin. Any suggestions? I made Top Rated Seller this month and can’t have issues like this hang me up and stressing me out. Thank you.

    • @SamsonTV
      @SamsonTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Deborah, consistency is key! I do use an SKU system to store all of my items, once you have over 2-300 items I would consider this a necessity. I have most items stored in labeled bins (A1,A2,B1,B2 etc.) & within each bin the items have their own number 0001-9999. I am currently implementing pre-packing my items in the mailers they will be sent in. I am doing this to save time searching through a bin which may have 30-45 items in. This is a work in progress & will take time, but it will save me a lot of time in the future as I scale.

    Hi Samson. I just upgraded my ebay store from a free one to a featured store. But my listing limit is still 50 items. Is this right? Isn't that I will get like 1500 listings per months? Or do I still have to wait until I sell more from my original listings?
    Thanks
