I think there were several HWs who would have easliy beaten Tyson all through his career.....namely, Foreman, Holyfield and Lewis. It is so frustrating when you hear these haters say Tyson fought bums or point to the losses against Douglas, Holyfield , Lewis etc..... Tyson was troubled, the guy was doing lines of coke like Al Pacino in Scarface, Don King had his claws in him and Rooney left.
It is clear that if not for Cus’s death, Don Kings negative influence, Rooney leaving, prison etc, Tyson would have KO’d all challengers and retired 50-0.
No other fighter in history compares to him. The power, footwork, body punches, snap, leverage and head movement were inhuman. We have never seen a specimen like Mike and are unlikely to ever see anything like him again.

I really don't know who could've beaten him in his prime. Maybe Ali, considering he moves around alot, but if Tyson got inside it may be his. Unless Ali moved and jabbed and used his speed from a distance, but then again its Mike Tyson. His name just has a aura, there hasn't been anyone as scary and vicious as him.
Honestly ... in Tyson's prime, he fought nobody besides Spinks who was a solid HW at the time. Here is a list of people that I believe beat Tyson in his prime (and their prime)

Tyson, while having a huge aura and very intimidating and imposing fought in an era where there were no other great heavyweights and because he pissed his career away, he will never be considered even a top 10 HW of all time. Lewis, Bowe, Holyfield, etc came after Tyson already decided to go crazy and started getting his ass kicked in every other fight.

Joe Louis and Frazier would have also been to small to handle Tyson. Frazier literally would be KOed in 2 rounds max (watch the foreman fight).
