If you've ever had scrambled or fried eggs before, you'll know exactly what it looks like when it's finished cooking and ready to be eaten. There's no mysterious third state of the process, it's either not ready, or ready, and it's what I started with when I was still afraid of the stove. Also, if you're feeling a little brave, having someone watch and give you tips while you cook ground beef is a good place to start too, it's also very simple 👍
