If Blaze were to accidentally be bitten, I would have to guess her werecat form would have to have a lion's tail, tiger stripes on her arms and face, same with cheetah spots as well, and the burn marks in her hair would have to be colored black like a panther, and her ears have a few bits of hair sticking out like a caracal and long like a lynx.
In her normal cat form, she has the ability of fire manipulation, but her werecat form gives her a new set of powers. We all know that Sonic loses his speed and Silver loses his flight, but gains strength, agility, and endurance, while also having the famous lycan healing factor. But for Blaze, she loses her fire powers.
While Blaze gets a set of new powers, such as her newfound strength, and is more agile than before, and is capable of withstanding tough battles with her durable body, AND, to make her more of a "cool cat," Blaze can now bend ice in any form of offense or defense.
Actually, when I said she would lose her fire powers, she actually keeps them, but loses the destructive side of it and instead can now heal her allies with it as the fire is blue and warm. Not hot, but a soothing warm touch. (Ghost Rider reference)
A list of powers are in order. She gains the strength of both a lion and a tiger, but her tiger side gives her a powerful roar and the ability to retract her claws. Her panther side gives the ability to camouflage with her surroundings. Her cheetah side (which will make Sonic jealous) gives her super speed, so Sonic will have to teach her to stop. Her mountain lion side will give her claws an upgrade as it gives her the ability to climb walls. Her leopard side will give her the ability to turn invisible out of nowhere. And her lynx side will give her the ability to jump super high.
And since Blaze was fine with Silver's werehog form, it would be safe to say that he would go gaga for her form.
If she were to go with Silver on a double date with Sonic and Amy, and they were to once again be met with Dream Girl Amy, and if she were to try and kill Blaze, she would be destroyed by Blaze's new form.
Sorry if I got carried away with her look, her powers, and whatnot, I just love how you and others create your werehog forms.

Blaze is so nice, comforting and understanding. The last time you turned into a Werehog Silver was to show Sonic and it was on Nov. 17th, 2021 so it’s been a while. Also you and Blaze are so cute together. Shadow has a Werehog from now and he is shorter than the Sonic he knows not the same one you went to his house last time. Shadow was also wondering what would happen if tails could get turned into a Werefox. Shadow also was talking about it Big the Cat would get transformed into a Werecat and Sonic didn’t want to think about that an I agree. Anyways I wonder if you and the Sonic that Shadow was with, when he just turned into his Werehog form for the first time, are bigger than him in this form. Also shadows shoes don’t get spiky when he transformed and he got a bit jealous about that.

I knew that Blaze the Cat would accept Silver the Hedgehog as a Werehog too just like how Amy Rose accepted Sonic the Hedgehog as a Werehog, and she didn't have to find out on her own. I was expecting her to anyway.
