Each time her magic is about to pop, roll. She only has 4 attacks and 3 of them are crazy slow and don't punish a preemptive dodge (the 4th attack is very rare - she shoots an orb at the player when crossing over the bridge). Preemptively dodge when she's potentially about to shoot magic missiles, and then roll again to dodge the second one if it was the right move. You probably still have .1-.15s of grace period to roll after she does shoot magic missiles.
