He’s got a nice quiet, calm voice like a Bob Ross, he has a wonderful bedside manner just like Russell Johnson from Gilligans island and has ideas that he probably stole from MacGyver, lol……. forever subscribed
7:37 thanks…71 and in my late 20s and earlier 30s uncle and I had a painting business. Been doing own painting at home for years and I learned several things here. Great video.
What amazing unique ideas I've not seen before! That paper towel hack to clear dryer lint drawer is exactly what I was looking for! Incredible painting tricks are everything you wish you knew before you did your first painting chore!
Fantastic ideas!!! . Couple more tips. If you missed out on doing the paint under the light switch/powerpoint hack and can’t remember the name, and you need more of that same paint, you can remove the cover and scrape off some of the paint and take that to the paint or hardware shop and they can match it via computer. Because you took the paint from under the cover, it won’t damage the walls. Once home, you can apply that cool hack as seen in this video. Also dryer lint makes an amazing fire starter. Store it in a snap lock bag ready to take camping.
Man.. who would’ve thought! Thank you for the simple tricks. I’ve been painting for some years now and picked up some tricks here and there, but nothing like these. Thanks
That paper towel roll idea is great. I have that same problem at my in-law. Also planning to do a good deal of painting this spring so I can't wait to try the brush with the bottle. Hope to show up my know-it-all husband 😂. Thanks B🐝
These were really interesting tips. I love finding a good shortcut or workaround. My dad probably painted just as many homes as you, it was his "summer gig" as a teacher. I'll have to ask him for his own tips and tricks!
Thank you for sharing ALL these great tips. You are such a time saver and also helping with the annoying things we have all had to deal with!! Keep up the great videos.
Clever ideas…although some might not work quite as well as you’d hope. As far as cleaning paint brushes or storing roller naps goes, I have a solution that works better than any trick and is sooo much easier. Just throw them away when you have finished the project. They aren’t that expensive and you won’t have to use all of that water to get them thoroughly washed out.
❤️👍 FOR TEXTURED WALLS and you want a straight line, instead of using messy caulk…. Tape off with blue tape and simply paint about 1/2” strip down the side edge of tape (twice for good measure) with MOD PODGE (from any craft dept), dries clear, fills in the textured wall for a straight line in corners and wall edges
Dude with the Bob Ross- esque voice rocks! Great tips! The paint ones are geeeeenius !!! 👍👍👍
Yes! 💯%
Love it!
Facts 💯 😆🤣
I think he's practiced the Bob Ross thing, too many mannerisms to be coincident. Smart dude
Till next time now, just go ahead and clean up that little ol brush why don't yer😂

Work a small dab of hair conditioner into your brush or roller cover before putting them in the paint. Paint will clean off much easier afterward.
Just dip brush it water and spin out the water … same thing save your conditioner for your hair.. never tried the conditioner thing.
