Hey yal, just want to encourage yal to continue to believe God for your must haves. We got everything we wanted in our first home and more even knowing it was our starter home. I knew when I walked in that it was what I was looking for. A home is a big deal, trust God for what you’re looking for that has your nonnegotiables
Wont he do it! We are so happy for you! Yes we have to continue to believe God and keep looking to we find it! We still haven't found the one but we know its coming!
Iman is one of those people that are naturally good spirited. Her energy is pure, friendly and warm. She's just genuinely a good person. If you're a friend of hers, you got a rare real one, a keeper for sure.

I absolutely love the second house for y’all .The first house was giving settling-and as has kingdom children we don’t ever have to settle.

If you make a list of everything that you love from both houses and you take it to the lord in prayer including how much you want to pay for it -I promise you God will provide that house for you.

I know you said Stephon is operating at 50% but you wouldn’t know it because you two bring out the absolute best in each other. I literally lol every time y’all do. Don’t compromise & continue to trust the Lord will give you everything you need and desire in your first home together ❤
I love sunken living rooms, cathedral ceilings, decks (some place to relax and read a good book) and extra space, it's what makes it a home aside from the relationship

Nice home, bathrooms can be remodeled, and the basement ceilings can be removed to expose the woodwork (?). Entry staircase can be pushed back.
yes we would have to remodel a lot!! We just feel like these were not our houses and we have to keep looking!! We are going to know when we have found the one!
The 1st house has a great backyard to extend the home in the futur. The second home was great the best i've seen and less things to do.

I do like the space in house 1 and since it has 1 extra bedroom, you could use it for a closet.
the first house needs a lot of work! We would want to redo all the floors and remodel a few rooms, we decided to keep looking!
Watching Steph walk around that basement gave me anxiety 😅. Iman yelling “Babe! Get out of there” took me out 🤣😭

Heyyyy yall! 👋🏾👋🏾 I know that you’re wanting a home nothing will meet your criteria and it’s important to consider buying land so that yall can customize your home to your liking. Instead of trying to renovate which creates more cost in the long run. Keep trying trusting God in this and know that He has a plan that’s in store for the both of you

Hey sis & bro! I just got back from almost 2 weeks of being in Nashville, Tennessee and that’s a different kind of heat 🥵 you hear me!! 😅 Y’all I am in real estate school, so pray for your sis! I thought real estate was just selling and buying dream homes for clients, but it’s sooo much more. This vocabulary, terminology, definitions and real estate concepts/math is crazy!! Now, to this video 🤣🤣🤣 I like the space that house 1 offered, but I love the modern look that house 2 offered. Steph had me rolling. He said he shouldn’t be PENALIZED for living in a house because of his height! 🤣🤣 The way I hollered when he said that!! Iman, it was soo funny when you said the basement in the 2nd house would be your glam room, and Steph was sooo happy to turn it into a family room, but his dream was quickly shattered because sis was like nah I could see this being my glam room for real. Bro had look to hurt and the way he walked out the basement was hilarious!! Like you all said, cosmetic stuff can be changed, but you will find the house that’s “perfect for you.” You will be able to customize it and make it your own. Thank y’all for continuing to take us along on your journey to home ownership. I’m loving it 🥰 and it’s also helping me learn things along the way as I try to master this real estate class and get licensed. Keep these videos coming. Happy Sunday! Really enjoyed these homes! I am sold on the first one though..The backyard space is amazing. That basement though..👀 But with some changes I think it's worth it..privacy alone has me sold too.❤ Thank you for sharing this with us! Also thank you for holding the camera steady! I usually can't watch videos like this because some people are all over the place and it bothers my stomach!😅 Blessings to both of you!❤
we enjoyed it as well! Its been the best layouts so far but the downside is that in both houses we would have to do a lot of remodeling to get it to our liking!

My opinion to small everything is to close together like space.
This is great. I once heard someone say when looking for a first time home, look for it with making money from it. Rent it out, build equity or resale. A first time home, is a starter home, not always forever home❤.

I love the first house too and like you both said it needed a few changes . The second house was nice but did not like the neighborhood by the houses was too close. Lol , I agree with Stephon with the basement should be for family entertainment, sorry Iman 😂😂. Lololol at Iman's "alright alright alright" she was like aht aht not too much on the shower breeze details. It's definitely the second home for me!! The first home is too "build a home" for me. Like I have to pay for the home AND do renovations ?! I'll save that for my dream home. I like the kitchen, I wish it was big enough to add an island. BWAHAHAHAHA when you said "I can see this being my glam room" and Steph stopped and went to turn off the lights. Ctfu he said I'm not even going to entertain this. The master doesn't wow me but at the end of the day its definitely house two over one for me. That house is probably worth the price. The bigger house gone require renovations so the price gone add up, plus Steph can't even stand up lol.

I love the 1st one just for space overall. Especially when it comes to having children and guests for thanksgiving, Christmas etc. I feel like the bathroom (master sink ) area was small. My two cents, but good luck with the hunting.
