Great reminder Pastor Matt. Question: Who are "those who are evil" in verse 2, and what specifically defines "those which are evil". In verse 6 it is clear that God agrees with Ephesus' hatred of the DEEDS of the Nicolaitians, but the hatred of deeds is different than the hatred of a person. I suspect I will need to do a deep dive to understand what it is that makes "those which are evil" evil. It jumps out at me because I have alway thought no-one is beyond redemption through Christ but Verse 2 seems to contradict that view.
Thanks for your preaching on Revelation :) Lots of it is confusing, but thankful for preaching on hard texts
Great preaching brother! Man such a rarity in todays church. Sound teaching. Love it
Very good expository sermon. What the Lord said to the seven churches is what He would say today to the Church.
Great reminder Pastor Matt.
