I’ve always hated the way that Deku doesn’t think he’s a human anymore with basic needs during his vigilante arc. He needed to be rested, to eat, to clean himself and take time but he never did. He didn’t think of himself to be human, because he thought he needed to be the symbol of peace.
It’s not that he wanted to be the symbol of peace, he was literally carrying the fear of the whole nation when teaming up with pro heroes to catch afo, he was also worried about his classmates and family, at that point it wasn’t being the symbol of peace… it was a obligation on his shoulders.
