Thank you for emphasizing that admitting we don't know everything isn't a failure. Personally I respect a person who admits what they don't know much more than the person who comes across as cocky and always having to win the argument. Humility and honesty tend towards much more meaningful dialogue.
13:40 wow again! This video really shows how much ICR cares about the true gospel of Jesus Christ. If anyone doubted before, this message really hits 🎯
Jesus gave us the great commission. It's our duty to present the gospel of Jesus Christ! I love how ICR uses science to do it. It's definitely been an encouragement to me.
Great video! Followers of Christ accept observable science and documented history. Scripture deniers grasp at imaginary straws. Declare Jesus as your Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from death and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
The gospel is first. But armed with the ability to point out how poor the Atheists claims for life having a natural origin are is a confidence builder. Strengthens those weaker in faith.
Perhaps if you were ever to read something written by an atheist, you might discover that we make no claims at all about the origins of life. We limit ourselves to stating that there is no evidence at the moment that could compel us to believe in the existence of any god. Chemists and biologists, some religious and some not, have proposed several hypotheses, based on what we presently know about what "life" is and how it operates. The biggest barrier to being able to reproduce these findings in a lab is ignorance of what the initial conditions on earth were when life came about. Scientists do tend to favor a natural explanation over a supernatural one, since never in all history has anyone ever seen or proven the existence of a single supernatural phenomenon, but nothing in science excludes the possibility that it was the hand of some god which started life.
@LawofLiberty The Creation Today website teaches the biblical definition of repentance (a turning or change of mind). Though, indeed his testimony seems to be at odds when he recounts his "saving faith" experience after a session of self fruit inspecting. It is my opinion that Eric is another case of a Christian showing rapid growth in discipleship/restoring of fellowship with God and falsely equating that with a born again experience.
Amen! The gospel is the main goal for us all. The science helps us to see that the Bible is true and encourages us. It also helps to take down the barriers that evolution presents to receiving the gospel. Good video!
After 45 years of being saved, I praise the Lord i came across Dr. J.B. Hixon, Pastor at Plum creek chapel in Colorado. Not by Works ministry sets the record straight for what the Gospel is and isn't.
I'm glad you had a practical role play discussion of atheist "Trey" vs evangelist Mr. Hovind on this podcast, which communicated the gospel of Jesus Christ!
"The Law is the standard by which we should measure ourselves to see how we're doin'" (28:00). No, Sir. "Now while it is true that God has overlooked the days of ignorance he now commands all men everywhere to repent. For he has fixed a day on which he will judge the whole world in justice by THE STANDARD of a man whom he has appointed. That this is so he has guaranteed to all men by raising this man from the dead" (Acts 17, JBP). The standard is not the Law but the man Jesus of Nazareth. It's only fair that a man be weighed against another man, and I don't measure up. Who does?
Often it is faster to get people to recognize that they fall short of the law, than to try to hold up the standard of Jesus. Jesus did not sin, so he did what the law required.
Amen 🙏 we must stand on the truth of God's word. God bless, ICR

When you put Christ above all else, nothing but respect for you ICR. I will always support you as long as you do that.

Great Talk! Very Inspiring.

Curious why he doesn’t talk about Dr. Kent Hovind. He put out some great materials in a time no one else was touching the subject
God bless you ICR and thank you for your ministry 🙂🙏✝️ praying for your strength
I've learned long ago not to debate the scoffers, just give the Gospel and move on, Proverbs has several verses dealing with these kinds of people
Amen brother
I blink at 30k and now you're hitting 100k subs, congrats ICR! And it's good to see Eric on the program
I just noticed that too! Wow!
Except that he's teaching repent of sins to be saved😞
@@LawofLiberty timestamp please...... and explain more in detail your accusation. Repentance of sin is not a bad thing.

Is this Kent Hovinds son? Cool! 😎🙏✝️
Yes! He has been involved with a creation based ministry for a number of years.
