- In a heated exchange in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, Rajya Sabha Chairperson Jagdeep Dhankhar rebuked Congress MP Mallikarjun Kharge and accused him of repeatedly disrespecting the Chair.
"You (Kharge) cannot every time run down the chair. You cannot every time disrespect the chair... You stand suddenly and speak whatever you want without understanding what I am saying," an irate Dhankhar said.

Mr.Vice president/chairman of the upper house cant control his tongue,goes out of the way in chastisising the opposition members,even when its not needed.

Dhankar should act unbiased, not favouing one over the other. He must allow the members to talk not commenting on them. Parliament 's function can't be disrespected by chairman of the house.
