Your channel reminds us of Mr. Roper and Helen of "Three's company" tv show in the 1970s. We are like you guys, enjoying a simple life.☺☺☺

The food prices there are similar to here in the states. I guess we all should try to eat some what healthy but I think of 2 ladies who were the oldest in the world and they ate bacon everyday. I like those peanut butter cookies too. You guys inspired me to clean & wax my white suv it's an 07 Saturn and looks much better now. Your plants are looking great.
When I'm in Phils, I like to eat whatever the locals prepare. I like all the different foods, from dried fish to those little dried shrimp. Street food is the best, and the occasional Jollibee is nice also. My point? Eat like a local... it's cheaper and to me, it tastes so much better and fresh than the prepackaged western foods. Marissa, you can grow sweet corn, lettuce and tomatoes in your own garden. I know which seeds grow well in Phils and I can send them if you like.

Dennis is in good shape and living a great retirement life in the Philippines. Americans whose retirement income in the USA solely on Social Security are really struggling specially with inflation. Illegals on the other get everything handed to them: free room and board, free medical and some pocket money 😮

Rag is a piece of cloth, especially one torn from a larger pieces, used typically for cleaning things. Whereas the ''rag'' originally referred to the pad used when woman is on her period. The words rug is often used for a partial floor covering. Go ask your honey what's the difference between rug or rag and carpet?
