Golden State refusing to trade Podziemski and Kuminga for Markannen is weird but kinda understandable. They still need to have a supporting cast around Steph and Lauri.
In hindsight, they should've fired Green after what he did to KD. And they probably would still have KD, but Poole for sure. If Poole stayed as a third shooter, they would've kept winning and Klay would've stayed as well. Would've been great if they could have built around Steph, Klay and Poole, all draft picks of their own.
Homeboy sounded like he was going to cry during the whole first segment! It was understandable considering the hope being dashed so early. I felt so bad.
The way France played against Germany and USA afterwards showed they were clearly the better team. Cordinier, Fournier, Lessort and especially Yabusele played great the whole tournament. Wemby didn't score much in this game, but helped out a lot with reb's, ast's and defense.
Not really, they couldn't stop Yabusele and Lessort under the basket and kept fouling them. And the way France played against Germany and USA one can say they were clearly the better team. Canada had only two players that showed up SGA (27p) and Barrett (16p) while France had Cordinier (20p) Fournier (15p) Yabusele (22p) and Lessort (13p) Wemby only had 7pts, which is still as much as Murray, but also 12rebs, 5ast, 3stl & 1blk. SGA who was the main ball handler got 11FT's as well.
@@benitofranklyn4237 lol let's see how good they are in the NBA when they don't get 16ft a game. The average FIBA game has 30-35ft combined. When one team gets 42ft it's hilariously funny for you to think that two guys who couldn't even make the league get calls like they are lehgh.

SGA hogged the ball all the time, yes they were able to crawl out of trouble, but too much dribbling. there were times when good ball movement was displayed, they scored most of the time. this was USAB terrible flaw, and now they are following that style of play. cant play 1 on 1 anymore especially FIBA or olympics.

Yo, the issue was with the officiating. For everything Canada did they were called foul, foul, foul...... The officiating was foul.

67ft in 40 minutes is what happened.
Should have found another way to stop Yabusele and Lessort instead of constantly fouling them.

I like thescore but the podcast market is too saturated for me to add this to the list as well.
Yo, bro stop it. Team France had a 6th player on the floor the whole game, the refs.
