6:59 i'd say tier 2 is the best one, there arent sandbaggers and even if u dont get the guaranteed key there are a good amount of key packs at position 5 and 6 and i got a key from them 2 times already, and in tier 3 i always got matched with people that spended to star the car up.
I ended up in tier 3, and I had the best time in round 1, but where there was 2 hours left in the round 4-5 people appeared with 2-3* solus gt. I gave up that very moment. cause I spent all tokens on porsche 935 (2019) 3*.
S7 is basically a buffed XJR-9 but it's in class S.

The Chrysler ME412, Saleen S7 and Spano GTA spano are definitely high end Class A cars but mid Class S cars.

I've been in tiers 2 to 5 in GPs, and tier 4 has to be the most stressful because I always meet a whale and an alien, and then I get 3rd place.

F1lm is way better even if its speed is slower
me with 1* car setting 1:28 lap times in tier 4 chillin with 3 garage 18 rep 100 players setting 1:22 times in 2-3* cars
you can get 1:19 in the first round, I'm in tier 4 also and with 1 star car got 1:20 and beat these lvl 100 players out by 2 seconds
bro u lucky u get tier 4 by sandbagging I got in 8th position in QR 2 and get in tier 2 with 2 5 star cars and 2 4 star cars :)
