Until today, the number one spot for the best vocal in K-Pop industry is EXO-CHEN, it's never change!
What's significant about the clip where you saw Chen singing that super high song "Tears" solo on the TV program Knowing Brothers or Knowing Bros., was that it's actually originally a song by a female artist. The song is known for being really difficult, even for the original singer. So Chen was showing that he could sing the song in the original female key range, which, as you probably know, is extremely difficult for most male singers to even come close to reaching. And then add on top of that, the fact that it isn't even easy for females to sing it, just shows what makes him one of the best singers in Kpop. That's why everyone was so impressed.
Chen is beyond superlatives. Incredible singer, songwriter, performer, husband, father, and man. His talents are so far reaching. He has amazing visuals, dancing ability, performance charisma, and an exceptional range of vocals. His songwriting is not acknowledged enough. He faced such negativity when he broke the Idol image and married his wife. Due to the circumstances and COVID, they will finally have a beautiful wedding this month. He has risen among the torrent of criticism and, with the support of EXO and true EXO-Ls, has created such magnificent music and performances. Be sure to check out his discography with the OSTs, song writing credits, albums, EXO, and EXO~CBX. Chen can perform within any and all genres of music. He's my fave amongst kpop artists.His being criticized for being a real gentleman just drew me closer to him.
It's been a couple of years now since his 'Uprising' performance and I'm still not over it. Chen is such a gentle, modest, humble young man like how can anyone not fall for him and his talents, thank god he's in EXO cuz he definitely belongs with the best of the best.

one thing about EXO they are all very kind and humble. probably that i why they still together even after so many years
Exo’s backstory maybe something you’d like to watch. Caesar Oh does a great job on theories up to Monster and Obsession with regards to the red force, then he stopped but it gives you a different way of watching their videos. Red light in the videos is the red force, blue light are the good guys., for instance, the lights in the building are red to start, then turn blue later. There are also VCR’s which I think was their pre show warmup, more hints on EXO. One other person believes the red force is a part of SM Universe. Luhan and Tao, who were Exo M, have great success in China as does Lay.

fun fact: even though Chen is calm, he is not necessarily what we call quiet lol
we fans separate EXO into three "lines"..
1- hyung line (the 3 oldest: xiumin, lay and suho)
2- Maknae line (the 3 youngest: D.O., Kai and Sehun)
3-Beagle line (the 3 in the middle: Baek, Chen, Chanyeol)
If you know someone who has a beagle, you will understand..
these 3 are agents of chaos.. when together, absolutely no one can stand it 🤣🤣

Chen is married and now has two daughters. Unfortunately, his marriage has come with lots of hate from certain “fans”. They have tried to get him removed from EXO. EXO members have stood behind him and he remains strong.
