I use crushed diamond soda crackers, best food mayo, chopped sweet onions, grated carrots, lean ground beef for patties. Optional chopped green peppers, celery. Bake patties at 350 degrees till juice runs clear. Can also grill patties after refrigerating for about 20 - 30 mins to firm so patties don't "fall apart" on grill.
