Depending from panel to panel, you may need level 4 (service mode) access. That’s how it was for my 4100U before I dumped a new job and upgraded to exec 12.08.03
Correct me if im wrong but if you disable the panel the way you show here you can still trigger the slc and alarm by shorting the wires once you take them off the pull station to put the new one on right? So its maybe a safer way to disable entire slc if you dont want to activate a false alarm?
