Really liked the video guys! The idea of two persons talking about the product gives a lot more dynamic to the video! You should keep this format it is much better than just one person talking about the product
The housing in the video is specifically for the Sony A7RIV and A9II. Ikelite does make a housing for the 250D, but it is a smaller DLM/C style housing, which is a little different. Here is a link to the housing (www.backscatter.com/Ikelite-Canon-Rebel-SL3-Underwater-Housing-200DLM-C) If you have any specific questions, give us a call at 831-645-1082 or email us at sales@backscatter.com.
The quick release on the handles is a nice idea, but provide some jiggle room I don’t like underwater. The arms rock back and forth when you dive and shoot. Also the zoom knob is not easy to operate. The DL 200 housing has some improvement needed. Also the weight system for buoyancy is not well designed. You can’t seat the housing when installed. You have to reach and find the screw underneath not well designed.
There is a lens release control lever on the housing. You just have to make sure it is aligned properly and you can use it to release the lens from the body while it's in the housing. Please feel free to give us a call if you need help.

can i use only the hotshoe and the bulkhead to fire the strobes at manual power?
Yes. You do not need the TTL converter if you wish to shoot in only manual.
