Local 487 Dolly Grip, here. Love the smooth and instant response of the boom on the 10, but the 11 is so compact and lightweight, while still being a solid, stable camera platform, it's my Fisher of choice! 👍🏿
Gotta question for ya! Our Fisher 11 is chittering as it lowers. Only when it booms down. Not up… we’ve cleaned out the rods and re-greased but it’ll still jolt and stutter. Any helpful tips?
Thanks for the tutorial. I got my hands on a Fisher dolly once in a class. It was amazing and fun to operate. Very intuitive. I got no training but everything I needed was easy to discover after five minutes playing with the levers. I learned several things in this tutorial that I did not get a chance to discover like how to get it onto the tracks and how to pump it up if no power is available.

Fisher does rent these to facilities like schools and studios. I got a quote and was so tempted to rent it for my classroom.
Was the rental same as studio rental?
How did they put the back end of the dolly on the skate wheels? The back looks much heavier.
