unfortunately I haven't fixed the issue. I'm currently still dealing with the issue. I have done a few things that I think have helped the issue as far as it requiring less forced regens but the lights will pop up from time to time. the latest thing that i have done that i believe to have had fixed the issue is that I replaced the Engine air filter. Haven't had the lights pop up in a few months since i changed it. other things i have done to it in the past: things I have replaced: I cleaned the dpf filters and replaced the dpf filter clamp and gasket kit, replaced the DEF doser/injector, replaced the def pump filter, installed a def awning kit, replaced both the outlet and inlet NOx sensors. even after all that, the lights still come on but not as often. Other things I have done that I believe it helps the issue: Haul lighter loads (30k lbs or less, I do dry van), I don't do mountains unless really light load, and I idle as least as possible. I understand it can be very hard to do all those at the same time while trying to get the best loads. hauling heavy loads puts a strain on the truck engine causing the lights to pop up, especially going through mountains. that's why i recommend replacing engine air filter. I have come to the conclusion, just like any other part on a truck, it's about that time to replace the whole dpf system, ranging from 8k-12k to replace, especially if its an older truck. I don't have that type of cash laying around so I continue with the issue for now. I hate it because 95% of codes tells you what the issue is and you can easily go fix the problem, but not with these issues. every video I watch about the issue just gives me different answers, and even then, they never say if they actually fixed the issue. all they do is clear the lights and send off the truck. I feel your pain and i wish I had an answer. Best of luck and your not alone.

just make sure you get it done with someone reputable. I've heard lots of nightmares.
