In this video I am going to review the Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless foundation. I get comments about this foundation every other day so I thought of doing a detailed review of this product along with the shade comparison with some of my go-to foundations. That because it gets oxidised
It's better to use slightly lighter foundation then your undertone not your skin tone because foundations tend to oxidize and turn darker.
Fit me oxidize terribly.. So it is always better to use 1-2 lighter shade than your actual
I personally believe it's the job of a concealer to cover the dark circles and hyperpigmentation from the face and not the foundation
(That's why concealers are supposed to be of full coverage)

Prakriti, you gave a great review! I know this is an old video, but this was very helpful! I'm a 24 year old African American man and had been trying to find a foundation shade for myself and was like experimenting with a few shades. I did try Golden Caramel 332 after trying Classic Tan 335. I thought that worked but my skin had gotten a bit lighter to the point where this foundation was the right coloration (brown with Yellow/gold undertones) but the shade was wrong still too dark. The reason my skin changed was due to getting into skin care and taking better care of my skin, Covid keeping me indoors, among other things like using sunscreen.
So I ended up using Warm Honey 322. It first looked too red and I freaked out but as it settled it literally melted into a very very very close match to my skin. I loved the tip you said about using a brush vs a sponge--very helpful.

This foundation has dewy version for dry skin, but it's not available in India, same goes for the Wet n wild photofocus foundation :(

@@vidpid2113 I'm currently using Lakme invisible finish foundation, it's exactly what I want in a foundation- it has dewy finish, light-medium coverage foundation, doesn't dries out my skin at all, you can try it once it's very affordable 250/-

Did you use a wet sponge or a dry one?
If you use a damp sponge it won't absorb much product.

I am new to makeup and purchased the same foundation, that one has a pink undertone although looks too light on me but the shade darker was too dark for me , but it just melts off in 2 hours or even less on my face , tried setting it with a powder but looked too cakey idk i am not liking it very much , can someone suggest a good foundation??

Girl finally I have found someone with my same skin tone. I have those two exact shades 332 and in Mac NW40 and that is a Little too dark cause it is a little bit too red/orange for me. But 332 is my perfect match. Glad to know I am Olive warm , mostly neutral

Don't know why this foundation oxidizes on me and mother's skin, my aunt's skin as well. 😟 Then we had to go 1 shade lighter and it settled to our actual skin tone.
It oxidises a lot for me too.. I bought 128, and it was an exact match, but within an hour, it becomes so orange and dark... I look like indian Donald Trump 😂
