Lian needs R6 to function in PVP; below R6, you're better off using other espers. But once you reach R6, she is a really powerful and annoying esper in PVP content, especially in auto-battle. Sakura's reso is strong no matter at R2, 4, or 6. She will be your safest investment if you want to spend WS.
Ahmed is still a solid esper though so I can't see them buffing him without first having to nerf him a bit which would likely lead to it just evening out to him being about where he is now just in a different way. I could however see them maybe buffing Yu Ran. He's better than people initially thought but he's still not as good as other espers in most content.

R6 Elif now allows you to run her on team 1 for DSL. You know, the team that has remained unchanged since the release of the boss. She's basically as impactful now as Embla was on release.

I recently had to wish R0 sakura which I realised I wish I hadn't skipped out on her when she's first released. She made PvP a little easier.

R2 will see score increase due to dmg ignore, then U get his div at least one then U will see score changes even more, R6 makes the score sky rocket
