Opel Zafira B OPC Z20LEH Turbo removal.
Summary:
From above undo:
Water rail to the turbo - undo at end of rail
Intercooler and inlet pipes
Vacuum line to boost control solenoid (so you can get to the manifold nuts)
Manifold nuts
Engine lift brackets
From below undo:
Turbo oil feed and oil return at engine block
V Band
Intercooler pipe
Radiator stays in.
Grill can stay on.
Actually quite doable. I was a bit apprehensive at times, especially when it came to undoing the manifold nuts. But with a hex socket (not torx - my torx is too "fat") and a swivel extension I got all the nuts off.

Did you undo the oil feed line from the turbo or from underneath ?

Oil feed gets disconnected at the bottom of the engine near the oil pump. The oil feed pipe stays on the turbo and it all comes out together. At the end of the video you can see both the oil feed and oil return lines are still on the turbo assembly after I got it all out.

Cheers! Yeah we have salt on the road here in winter too (Switzerland), but the car doesn't get driven much because it's always broken 😂.
