My husband works at a five star hotel and tells me the vigorous standards they have for cleaning. It's like 20 steps.
We stayed there for a holiday once and the first thing I did was clean some stuff because I have a touch of OCD and germaphobia. Some hotels don't care about cleanliness and you shouldn't waste your money there but some are very clean but clean freaks exist 🤣

I know how cool gadgets nowadays, specially when we know that it will make our work easier but I am just wondering, how safe can it be when you are going to submerged the gadget to water just to make sure that it will be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Because most hotel rooms are mediocrely cleaned, if not less than. It is seriously nasty how much they skip over when cleaning a room. I wish I would think of this when I stay at a hotel.

So my former friend/roommate was Asian, and he was a total slob. I used to tease him like “bro you’re Asian I expected better”. It only got worse from there.
I discovered pink mold in the brita pitcher we regularly drank out of, his three dogs were never bathed so the apartment had a funk, the floors were gritty, all this unless I did the cleaning. He even he had a funny smell to him and had apparently gone a whole year without washing his hair bc he thought the body lotion he was using actually was shampoo. 🤢

When I first saw these videos, I really hated how glorified wealthy these people looked in their spotless gigantic apartment that their CEO parents probably purchased for them while they "interned" for rich acquaintances. But I've now realized all these videos are gigantic product placements, where all these products are re-ysed, and these apartments are probably not even theirs but just a show house for all these useless appliances.
