Y'all have the Starks, a family with a long line of sheriffs and lawbringers. Ya have the Lannisters, a den of lions; businessmen, cutthroat. The Tyrells; farmers and shepherds, makin sure everyone in town's got enough to eat. The Baratheons, they used t' be in the army, that's what I heard. Soldiers, through and through. Then you've got the Greyjoys, brigands and outlaws, the lot of 'em. They'll burn and pillage all they want, and ain't nobody strong enough to stand up to 'em anymore. Then I suppose you've got the Tullys, fishermen up the river a bit; they're nice folk. And last but not least, you've got the Martells. They're immigrants, I think, from somewhere in Europe; Spain, maybe. Their girls are the most beautiful out here in this wild, wild west.
Watch where ya step, traveler. The west ain't what it used to be. Now these families, they all hate each other, and you wear the wrong bandana, talk to the wrong people, and you'll be shot right quick. Out here, there's a snake in every boot.
Oh, yeah. And don't trust the town drunks, the Freys.

Nah, it would still be North. Mexicans were still honorary whites to WASPs before their economy tanked indefinitely, and their poverty made them seem detestable to them as a monolith. Up to then, however, a WASP was more likely to hate a Mexican for being Catholic then brown. If a Mexican happened to be Protestant, he was respected as an equal.
So Hispanics could be stood in, perhaps, for Sothoryos in a Steam punk western version. The actual white walkers would seem like Native American Wendigos.

If ever a western version of GoT is made, very few people will qualify for the roles. Among the qualifiers would be Cersie (the ho), Jaime (innocent man who will be hung on false claims), Jorah Mormont (hired gun), Imp (information guy at the saloon), Petyr Baelish (hotel owner), Spider (the man who sells elixir), Ned Stark (Sherrif), Robert Baratheon (grumpy old man), Stannis Baratheon (the main antagonist - boss), Melisandre (Saloon owner and hired gun's lover), Podrick (boy who seeks revenge from bandits who killed his father), Joffrey (homeless boy who takes a penny for a service), Hound (the farmer and wood logger), Brone (the main protagonist) and Sam Tarly (store owner).
Special appearance: Bran Stark (boy who is hungry and asks a wrong man for food, gets killed).

That's rather offensive. White Walker should be supernatural force that the every Amerindian in the region feared. Indians are composed of Apache, Sioux, Iroquois, etc. Manston Rider is an Indian orphan adopted by a former Night's Watch officer. The Free Folk are leaving their area, be it conservation or original, so the Watch are trying to find the reason for that migration. Can the Watch the answer on time? Can everyone be saved from whatever threat which lurks in shadow? Can those bureaucrats shut their mouth and do something to actually help the situations, not arguing with Jeb? In a time when Western USA was a vast, mysterious, untouched land, there was an undemocratic society living in Texas, where who'd be the governor was something set more by blood than by the people.
The Stewarts: Edward "Ned" Stewart, Lori Stewart, Katherine "Kate" Stewart, Robert "Robb" Stewart, Jonathan "Jon" Sand (Johnny The Bastard), Sally Stewart (Redhead Sally), Benjamin "Ben" Stewart (Benny The Crippled), Raymond "Ray" Stewart ('Lil Ray) and Anne Stewart ('Lil Anne). Farmers coming from the East Coast and living in northern Texas, far from the Mexican border, owning a small piece of land called Springtown (yes, Springtown, Texas), whose mayor is Ned. They are known for being very honored and for domesticating wolves instead of hunting or running away from them. Ned won the title of Governor's Right Hand but then suffered public execution for "crimes against the state", Kate was shot during Robb's wedding, who was shot too. Ben got paraplegic after "falling" from his father's barn, now he can control animals, see the future and moves with the help of this loyal, giant and retarded fellow, Harold, who keeps saying "Harold, Harold" all the time. Lori is Ned's dead sister who was Robert Barrett's love. She was kidnapped by Rawhide Tate and probably raped by him, what turns Jon Sand to be Rawhide's bastard and not Ned's. Sally was to be married to Jeff Barrett. The Stewarts raised Theodore George, who belongs to the Georges, Stewart's "allies" who live in Angel's Pike. The Georges come from Europe, and they are like lords of the sea, but we're in Texas, so the sea doesn't make much difference. The Stewarts go by the motto "Civilization is coming" which serves as a warning to the other, criminal, families out on the West that the East is taking control over the West, as they are the only fellow from the East.
The LeRoys: Tyler LeRoy, Christine "Chris" LeRoy (Christine The Queen, Gold Hair Chris, Green Eyes Chris), James "Jim" LeRoy (Jimmy The Governor Killer) and Travis LeRoy (Travis The Midget). They come from the far western lands, California and Nevada, they are all blonde and green eyed, and very fucking rich, since they have found a lot of gold in their homeland. They are known for being very proud of themselves and for having a lot of cats as pets. They live in west Texas, in a large piece of land known as Castle Rocks. Tyler hates Travis because his wife died during Travis' birth and because Travis is an alcoholic, whore fucker, midget, bringing dishonor to the LeRoys' name across Texas. Chris and Jim have an incestuous relationship, and this relationship may bring them problems even tough incest wasn't such a big deal in the old west. Jim even pushed Ben from a high window because poor Ben saw him fucking Chris. Jim was Arnold's best and most loyal deputy and yet he killed him, being known as "Governor Killer". Chris was married to the next governor, Robert Barrett, to give power to the LeRoys in the whole Texas, Robb never loved Chris, always thinking about Lori, but Chris loved Robb and they had 3 children... or did they? Jeff Barrett, Tommy Barrett and Betty Barrett are actually LeRoy children, because they are fruit of Jim and Chris' incestuous relationship. The only true Robb and Chris' children died on birth. The LeRoys also have control of a haunted town called Tumbleweed (took this one from Red Dead Redemption).
The Barretts: Robert "Robb" Barrett, Shane Barrett and Richard "Dick" Barrett, the Barrett brothers, and now Geoffrey "Jeff" Barrett (Jeff The King), Thomas "Tom/Tommy" Barrett and Betty Barrett, the new Barrett brothers, who are actually LeRoy children made by an incest and have no blood link to the Barretts, but everyone thinks they do, including themselves. Robb was Ned's best friend, became the governor of Texas and got killed by a boar when went hunting drunk of whiskey. After his death, Jeff became the new governor, but his "uncles" Shane and Dick started trying to become governors, they then started to fight amongst themselves more than against Jeff. Shane is losing his mind to Mary Sanders, a redhead woman from an odd religion which worships a god of fire. She eventually gives birth to a demon who kills Dick. Shane eventually atacks his "nephew" but is defeated by fire, ironically. On the other hand, Dick only cares about dicks, he had an affair with his deputy, Larry Tyrone, while being married to his sister, Margareth "Maggie" Tyrone. After Dick's death, Maggie marries Jeff, becoming the first lady of Texas instead of Sally. Jeff Barrett is a monster, a sadist psychopath, who likes to make people suffer, emotionally or phisically, or even both, he ends up poisoned and dead.
All Barretts and LeRoys now live in Governor's Landing, southern Texas, near the Mexican border.
The Tates: Arnold Tate (The Mad Governor), Rawhide Tate, Walter Tate and Dorothy Tate. After Arnold's death, his children were banished to Mexico, where Walter arranges Dorothy to be married to Diego Rodriguez, the leader of one of the many groups of Mexican rebels. Diego eventually kills Walter and is later killed by a witch, Dorothy becomes the new leader and kills the witch, then we discover she is like a mother to lizards (who later evolve to dragons because fuck it) and can control them, and that she can survives to fire. She needs to get back to Texas so she will become the new governor and rule Texas as a good person. For this she goes around not only Mexico but the whole Latin America and even Florida freeing slaves, killing bad people and gathering an army with the help of her friendzoned fellow, Joe Wilson. Rawhide Tate was killed by Robert Barrett. All the Tates have silver hair and purple eyes.
The Wendigo Walkers, The Savages and The Western Watch: Coming from the far west there is a threat, the Wendigo Walkers, spirits that came back to life in the form of zombies as a ritual of many indigenous tribes (The Savages) in order to get rid of the white men in the West, their land, the thing is that the Desert Walkers likes to kill a little bit too much, so they started killing the tribes who called them too. If you get killed by a Wendigo Walker you will become one of them. You may know the Walkers are coming because they bring a heat wave or a sand storm (not Darude's sand storm) with them, and where they pass the flowers grow. They all have black eyes with red iris, putrid skin and are almost immortal. Both the Walkers and the Savages are coming and they already took the whole West Coast so the white men built a giant fucking rock wall across the USA, from Mexico to Canada, just to be safe from them, but it won't save them, the Walkers will pass by it, we don't know how, but they will. Protecting the Wall there is the Western Watch, man in black above the law whose duty is to kill Savages and Walkers. Joe Wilson's father, Jon Sand and his new best friend, Samuel "Sam" Jenkins are all part of the Watch. They are all armed to the teeth, but the Savages and Walkers know how to use guns too.
And of course I couldn't forget Peter Bates, owner of a brothel and the biggest asshole Texas has always seen, he was in love with Katie but she's dead so he fell in love with her daughter, Sally. And then there's Abraham, the smartest cockless bald guy Texas has ever seen, he knows everything about everything and you don't want to be his enemy.

The Taylors: Howard "Oldman" Taylor, Brian "The Blackfish" Taylor, Edmund Taylor and Lisa Taylor/Archer (widow of John Archer) and Katherine "Katie" Taylot/Stewart. Owners of the ranch Riverside southeast of the Colorado River, they're Katie Stewarts family. Howard Taylor, Katie's father, is beddridden by sickness, so all the ranch's administration falls under his only male son, Edmund Taylor, Katies brother and his uncle Brian "The Blackfish" Taylor. Lisa, on her side, has broken almost all ties with her family and she keeps administrating her husband's John Archer, ranch. John, who serve as Governor's Barrett right hand before Ned, is believed to have been killed by the LeRoys. Howard dies of old age not so long after Edward's death. Edmund is captured after his wedding, in a conspiracy planned Ross Barton, Walter Fry and the LeRoys to stop Robert Stewart's plans to gain adepts for his run to Texas Governor.
The Georges: Balthasar George, Anastasia George, Rod George, Marcus George and Theodore George. Claiming to descent of north europe pirates who raid in the Caribbean Sea, the poor Georges are owners of Angel's Pike. Famous of stealing cattle in other regions, they rebeled against governor Barrett in order to win more land. A bloody shootout came from this rebellion, and Balthasar oldest sons Rod and Marcus were killed. Governor Barrett forgive Balthasar after this, but ordered him to send his only surviving son Theodore to work as a ranchboy in the Stewart's farm. Theodore grow along Robert Stewart and love each other as brothers. Still, after Edward's execution and Governor's Barrett death, Balthasar decided to rebel again and send Theodore to Springwater to take the lands from the Stewarts. Betraying his best friend and seemingly killing the little boys Ben and Ray, Theodore was betrayed by the gang of outlaws his father hired to help him take Springwater and handed him over to the Stewart's bitter rivals, the Bartons.
The Bartons: Ross Barton and his bastard son Ramon "el Bastardo" Barton. Ross is owner of the rival ranch of the Stewarts' (name pending). Wanting always their fortune, they conspired along the LeRoy's and Walter Fry to kill Robert Stewart during his uncle's, Edmund Taylor wedding with Walter's daughter Rose "Rosie" Fry. Ramon, Ross' bastard with a mexican peasant, kidnapped and torture Robert Stewart's old friend Theodore George to the point he's nothing more that a shade of what he used to be, and now goes by the name "Apestoso", Ramon's disgusting sidekick.
Los Márquez: Doroteo Márquez, Octavio "La Víbora" Márquez, Iliana Márquez, Quinto Márquez, Ariana Márquez y Antonio "Toñito" Márquez. One powerful mexican familly, they're owners of Hacienda del Sol in the mexican border. In order to make business with the old administration, Arnold and Doroteo married their sons Iliana and Rawhide. After Rawhide escaped with Lori and Barrett rose into rebellion, Iliana was killed by Gregorio "La Montaña" Carmona, known as Tyler LeRoy's rabid dog after they decided to take Governor's Landing. Octavio never forgive Tyler, and swore vengeance against Carmona and the LeRoys. Octavio assisted to Governor's Landing for Jeff's wedding with Maggie Tyrone, with his lover Elisa Arena. After Travis is inculped of Jeff the King murder, Octavio decided to fight a duel on his honor, just to avenge his death sister. Sadly this cost Octavio's life, although he was able to take Gregorio to the tomb with him, or did he? Octavio had 8 daughters with many women before his death. Some of them are called "Las Víboritas". The other Márquez are yet to appear (of course some of them may have been cutted from the series).
As for other characters Santiago "El Perro" Carmona, Gregorio's younger brother and Jeff's old bodyward, who ended up kidnapping little Anne Stewart, David Sears, Shane's right hand man, an outlaw turned politician, Betty "The Beauty" Tracy a though as nails, not so pretty woman who seeks to become a gunsliger in a world ruled by men, Walter Fry, and old pervert coot, owner of Twins Ranch with lots of children, and last but not least Barry Shelley, the fastest gunslinger on the west and ex-deputy of governor's landing, now working for Dorothy Tate after his dismissal by Jeff the King.

the famous westerns Fistful of Dollars and Magnificent Seven were both based on Akira Kurosawa's samurai movies, I could definitely see a similar western film translation of Game of Thrones working.
I haven't seen tv series not even heard the original theme song but I still loved it.
I just feel that this video should have had a lone rider on a white horse riding out into the sunset heheheheh
