Rent one of the overnight houses and stay out all night. Years ago I rented an ice house on Mille Lacs for the summer from May to Oct. It made a nice little cabin for cheap.
We would have stayed in a sleeper but Mike snores something fierce, earplugs don't help 😂

I need to go camping atleast before i go to navy boot camp.

Yeah man, start looking at the Game and Parks website for places to camp. There are also plenty of private and city ran campgrounds also. Finding a cool spot on your own is always more fun 👍
