Maybe the routine you made for yourself is too much . When you want to build consistency you should always set the tone of your pace of work. You won't start lifting weights the day you join a gym, you will start slow.. So focus on the process buildup not on the pace. Hope it helps

Can you make a video on overcoming inner cowardice? I’ve seen your older videos from when you were 25-26, and even back then, you were so self-assured and confident. ‘Fake it till you make it’ hasn’t worked for me. Growing up, I was conditioned to obey, agree, and avoid conflict, which made me overly agreeable (even scored high on agreeableness in that personality test you shared). I hate how afraid I am of criticism and invalidation. how do we break this conditioning and become self assured, opinionated individuals like you?

Maybe the routine you made for yourself is too much . When you want to build consistency you should always set the tone of your pace of work. You won't start lifting weights the day you join a gym, you will start slow.. So focus on the process buildup not on the pace. Hope it helps

I think its alright to put dark humor as an entertainment stream, but making dark humor mainstream should not be good for kids. Because one day time will come when stuff will be so open, anyone will watch anything. And making dark humor mainstream will provoke immature kids to move into the wrong things. I have experienced a part of it. Especially porn addiction which started from dark humor and got me curious to the wrong things and now I know why kids should not be exposed to nature things first hand.
