What type of chicken stock is required?In the recipe it's incomplete ( use the one with??)
You can use any actually. To get exact taste, chicken stock with msg will be good. I edited the post. 👍🏼

That must be gritty from the ground chicken.
You just blend the corn, not chicken. :)
