Great to see one of these Rovers being looked after and not run into the ground Tom, I'd be very pleased to be the owner your car now.

Great to see so much attention to detail, you've really improved that car. I'm not sure you'll be happy with that bodywork long term, it does look out and usually cameras show more than you can see!
Nice to see a 75 having money spent and constant improvements, I've had 3 75s, really lovely cars.

Looks good mate. I’d question why the painter didn’t hit the whole passenger side as it’s always hard to get a match what with aging of paint and with light colours. Hopefully they can sort it. I’d probably not use them again though.

I love these cars I own a 2002 Rover 75 V6 Connoisseur Luxury in Metallic Burgundy Red. I am in Australia I have had mine for 6 years. It cost the equivalent of 45,000 quid brand new in Australia.
Rover is considered a luxury brand and came loaded with all the bells and whistles.

Since i bought my Rover 75 CDTi connie in 2010 i have spent £14,000 plus on it mainly parts, she now sits with nearly every mechanical part renewed, only thing i have not touched yet is the steering rack. Its like a new car, sounds a lot of money but in 12 years i probably would have bought three cars, which with interest etc would have cost a lot more.

The car looks fantastic Tom. I would be cautious on how much money you spend on it mate as in my opinion the days of the dirty diesels are numbered..those ultra low emission zones will appear in most cities soon making any old diesel worthless.

Sadly, I have to agree with you.As a previous owner of three Rover 75's, one V6 2.5 and two diesels I noticed the net closing, particularly the ever-increasing level of road tax. The diesel automatic produced 190g/km of CO2 and when I sold it in 2019 the road tax was £305. Too much. I now drive a 2-litre diesel blue-Hdi DS5 auto. Road tax £30. I do however miss my lovely 75s, build quality, refinement, style, comfort. Time moves on and I had to.
