Filled with Cheer Shaker Card Snow Globe- Stampin Up

This week will feature the whimsical Filled with Cheer Stamp set, that can be paired with the Filled with Fun Die Set. Stampin' Up's sample card made one similar to this that looked like a snow globe. I could not wait to turn this into a shaker card, making it a 2D snow globe. Hope you enjoy!
