Yes this is just as honest and simple as it could get.. It's a promise from JK to anyone he loves but my take there is to the Army & I feel it 💜. He definitely exudes MJ vibes, the choreo, voice/falsettos but with his own touch. MJ would be proud 😊. He also included references from old BTS song titles like Fire, DNA and touches of Black swan with the wings 💜. Thank you loved the reaction😊.

Yes! I really like the mental health aspect of this song. Everybody deserves to have at least one true “ride or die” person, whether it’s a friend, a relative or a significant other. Wherever you find one, let them know you appreciate them and have their back as well.

Their are many theories about the music video/song but for me personally I interpret this song being about ARMY and the BTS. The girls represents ARMY. At the beginning in the tunnel their is a red line on the ground that her and him where standing on. Their is like a saying about red line and the red line, on either end is connected to like a soulmate or someone you love (note soulmates doesn’t have to be like a romantic love but can be like best friends)…Also during the video and dance he keeps pointing at the screen like he is talking to ARMY. Some dance moves and outfit connect to some BTS dances and BTS themes in their songs/music. The two lines in the song that really made me think of ARMY and BTS is the DNA line (BTS has a song called DNA) and “we will survive the test of time”. (P.S. Jungkook’s first tattoo is ARMY that is written on his hand)
I personally like the song, not my favorite on his album but I like it. I probably will like it better live…Jungkook did so good!! My top favorite songs one the album are:
1. Hate You
2. Shot Glass of Tears
3. Yes or No and Too Sad to Dance (however #3 changes all the time in the album)

Loved your reaction! This song is awesome; Jungkook totally knocked it out of the park. He is the youngest member and lead vocalist of BTS, he just released his album GOLDEN (so good!). The group and individual members are very vocal about mental health. Many, many of their fans (called ARMY) have said very seriously that their music has literally saved them. Another bandmate, SUGA/AgustD has a song called 'Amygdala' you might consider reacting to. Thanks for checking out JK! Hope to see more of his music and BTS, too!

true what you said about the song and also JK. wait till you see him perform this live. it will be the the same dancing and confident charisma. he will have a concert in korea, but only one but there will be online streaming too. it is because him and the rest of BTS is going to the military and they have to leave in dec at the lastest to be back june 2025. because it´s their b-day as a team and very important week for BTS and army we celebrate it every year. He will perform at Jimmy fallon on nov 6 and also perform other places we dont know yet but it is going to be amazing
JK and BTS have respectfully admired MJ and employed similar vibes in the past. Here JK created a complete homage to MJ regarding lyrics, arrangement, and dancing style - notably his facial expressions, and vocal excursions. JK has mastered his voice and presentation. Can't but think this is a [defiant] message to Taehyung - "We're gonna be OK."
