This printer is perfect for imitating a multitude of business stamps - invoice received, void, confidential etc.

For sure! Or print an image of you signing a card for something like Christmas cards where you have so many to write. I know my mum struggles with signing a ton of cards so it would be useful for her

Do you have the WRMK version? If so I believe the E-mark create is not designed for use with a computer you have to use the app. I'm not an expert be sure to check out the Colop website and their comparison between E-mark and E-mark Create

How do you line it up so it prints in the spot you want it to print on? Great video! I’m a bit late to the party!
Honestly that can be a little tricky but it comes with practice. I have seen an amazing tool they have created as a guide for ribbon to help it print exactly where you want
The bigger question is how long does that 45$ cartridge last
Great question- the following is taken from the Colop FAQ section of their website The range of the cartridge depends on several factors including size and ink coverage of the imprints. Around 5000 imprints can be made with an imprint that is 14 mm x 100 mm with a coverage of around 15 %

Can you setup on different ipads or do you have to stay with the same one many thanks my wife has a ipad when she's not using it can I set it up on mine.
You can set it up on multiple devices and you can also connect to a laptop with a cable 👌
Hi thanknu foe this. I just got mine as a gift. And I’m having a really tough time.
I cannot get it to print clear like U have. I’m only getting that scratched look. Also how do I know how much pressure?

Hi Shell, I actually have another video Im working on with tips. Try cleaning the print head. You need practically no pressure at all.

Does it print onto cloth/t-shirts well? Also can you print white ink onto dark surfaces?
You can print on to cloth, it is a washable ink. If you want it to be permanent you can use the fabric tape. I demo this in my napkin video 👍 The ink cartridge is a standard Tricolour so it can't actually create white or print on anything super dark just like a regular ink jet printer. Hope that helps ❤️
Nice tool, can I upload my own Image by any jpg. or do I Need a Special Format?
Jpeg works just fine but within the constraints of the print size

It works really well as long as it's smooth. I'll be doing a follow up video with lots of uses soon
How small of a piece of wood will it print on ? I have little wood hearts ♥️ for a home made birthday calendar and I hate my writing... Wood love to print everyone’s one on each piece
Holy cow thing is 440 US and 55 for a ink cart thats a terrible price point for a inkjet printer
You’re joking, right? It’s nice, but it’s not worth $440. I wouldn’t pay $100 for it. They can keep it. I’ll keep printing on my HP inkjet.
It is on the expensive side but it's got great functionality. Do check out the launch of the WRMK collaboration version on HSN as I've heard it's going to have a deal price
Will t-şhirt be deleted when it is washed?
What is smallest & largest font size it will print ? And how many rows of words it can print in one time ?.
Three is the maximum number of rows for one mark. I've not tested the largest and smallest font size but the app range wheb designing your mark is 6pt - 50pt. Hope that helps

Do you have any idea why mine is only printing the first line of a 3-line image I created? It keeps printing the first line over and over again... thanks!
Also, it keeps losing the connection. I keep having to "join xxxx" come up. Don't know why that keeps happening, either.
I also have questions about downloading the images that came with it and the ones with the new cartridge. They don't seem to be in my library.

I'm sorry you are having those issues. The only one I've got experience with is having to rejoin over and over. It sometimes helps to move to a different room with stronger WiFi. The Colop website had lots of troubleshooting tips and may be able to help with the rest.
Just a thought, if you pick up the E-mark when printing multiple lines of text it starts again. You have to keep contact with the paper and move to the right until in beeps, then roll down until it beeps then left, beep, down beep,right beep. If the sensor loses contact with the paper at any point it will start from the start agaib

I've not seen that a white ink cartridge is available as of yet but follow colop on social media as I'm sure they will update there if it becomes available
Can you make a QR code inside of the app? ( Say copy and pasting a web address?) How easy is it to target a specific spot on the paper to print? I want to use it to print graphics in a bound journal.
You can add a QR code, I'm not sure but I think you have to generate it externally and then add it as a graphic. Re placement it does take a little practice but the guides either side of the printer body help. I've also heard they have a placement ruler in the development stages

I've not tried the princube so I'm unsure of its abilities or limitations

HSN said it washes out. Maybe someday they will develop permanent ink formula. I can see a benefit to both.

Were you bought it
I was gifted the printer after meeting the Colop team. I recorded this unboxing / set up and was able to give them my thoughts / feedback on the product. They have since advised that I can keep the machine and I'll be using it in another video testing the surfaces I can / can't print on 😊 (to be clear my keeping the printer isn't based on me doing another video)

I've not tested how long it lasts on material such as cotton but I do know you can print on to it

@@julien-pierredubois7783 I found with the plastic I tried it on you could print but it wouldn't dry so it wiped off. You might be able to prep the surface in some way to help the ink stick

It will wash out, they sell a different ink cartridge that is permanent or you can use a spray fixative to seal in the ink. Hope this helps

I agree it isn't exactly cheap but if you often purchase stamps for customisation or business purposes this gadget can do it all 👌and the technology is incredible / incredibly fun 😆
Can it print an image of a face?
It could but it would be limited by the size of the print head. The image would be very small compared to say a photograph

It can print icons such as emojis and you can upload your own images for it to print. The largest size it can print is 14mm tall so something like a photograph would be very compressed

It's smaller, portable and wireless. It's like comparing an old set top TV to a slimline flat screen.

You need to expand your language since a graphic and font is not exactly an "image."

Prices can fluctuate, when I received this item to test it wasn't yet widely available. It is around £300 on Amazon but they are due to launch a version linked with MRMK that may have a different price point. I didn't mean for it to be misleading in anyway.
