    This was a great ab exercise ! I’ve been tryin to work on my abs. I’ve never seen my abs before! I look everywhere for the right ab workout. This one looks like one for me.

    1 exercise i really dont know why doesnt get enough love is this. lay on one of those benches where you can curl ur feet up at the top of ( idk the name dont judge me). get urself a medicine ball, go medium weight and work ur way up as time goes on. lay down with the ball in ur lap, and do crunches but twist side to side while holding the medicine ball.

    The L sit will still engage the hip flexors, probably more than a regular leg raise because they're working to keep the legs up? Also with a normal leg raise, the hip flexors wouldn't get worked if done correctly, that of curling your pelvis up, not just lifting your legs.

    To the comments making fun of the first exercise and how it’s unrealistic and they would end up failing welp how about maybe some of us are strong and are serious about sticking with are fitness and bodybuilding and are caplable of doing the exercise because we’re strong enough and aren’t pusses this video is appreciate because if gives you something new when your out of ab workouts Arnold Swartz’z even said got switch and shock the muscle this is a god example of that can’t argue with results man

    my PT "avoid twisting motions and especially with weight". every workout video ever. "here do this twisting motion with weight"... it so depressing how badly ive been limited after suffering from a ruptured disc. i look at people doing these things no problem and i know if i do any of it just once im fucked.

    These exercises are how you get abs like a soccer player. If you want deep abs - like an ice cube tray - you have to use heavy weight.

      Half of the things above don't need a gym. And for the rest, find a playground after kids go to sleep and use for pullups and dips and such.
      If it wasn't so cold where I live, I would not need a gym that much, except for the whole if-I-get-injured-I-am-not-alone-and-warm thing.

    If you want strong abs then do some type of ab focused resistance training. HOWEVER..... IF you want to "SEE YOUR ABS" then eat right more times than not and get down to at least a minimum of 15% body fat....OTHERWISE like Max said you'll just have a strong ass core that no one, including yourself will be able to see. DEUCES!!!
