Couldn't in Canada. 82% retarded. The Texas of Canada, even had brownshirts come and throw a pastor who defied lockdowns IN JAIL. If you've ever gone to his church, it's loaded with homeless, etc, it's a tough church. Trust me when I say he's doing a community service. In jail. Awful. Please understand, your country is being subverted from the inside. Please don't fail, signed ROW.

I really needed to hear this. I'm 8 years out from recovering from a stroke Oct 2015, I've had some setbacks. But the last 6 months it seems like it's gotten a lot harder just having the energy to just do basic everyday stuff. But after hearing what you said in this video I'm going to double down and start using this line from a movie that used as an affirmation "Never Give, Never Surrender" while I was in the hospital, and fight to get my life back and keep fighting.

Amen. The next problem for the last half of such people though is the belief that we can't attain what we want even if we put in the work. To actually be lovable, to be not alone, etc. It's such a complex desire and goal. Everyone is lovable but not in the exact way we want.

I love Jocko’s analogies. Specifically, I think taking a strategic perspective on what should be most unacceptable was a good point. For some people, for example, a beer is a beer, and that’s all it ever is. That might be 95% acceptable or 90% acceptable. For others, that beer is the beginning of a 3-month alcoholic bender; that might be 0% acceptable. Just like that fighter’s ground game is a key piece of metaphorical terrain on which he can’t compromise, that sobriety might be a key piece of terrain that can’t be sacrificed.

6:23 and 6:32 Sometimes though, especially if you are younger, or single, and otherwise have your responsibilities and obligations covered... BE BOLD. It may require you to be viewed by others as rash. Yes, better to have plan and think through it. But sometimes the only thing holding you back is fear. Don't let planning be an excuse for what is really your fear. Planning is good, but life has unknowns. Taking action in your life is far more more important. It will be ok. If you stay on your game and avoid drugs, drink, bad relationships.. If you work to be physically fit, mentally strong, morally straight -- You won't fail. You may not achieve what you want, (and you may thank God later that you didn't!), but you won't fail. Outliers for significant physical injury or death of course, but even in those instances for Jocko, at some point the planning is over. Take action. Be bold.

100%. I was kidnapped when i was 6, I was raped while sleeping, molested while awake, abused and tortured, mentally and physically. There, where at least 3 separate attempts on my life by these people, 1 of which involved me being locked in a bathroom with a tub full of ammonia and bleach. I'm likely extremely lucky to be alive. Not just because of them, but because the mortality rate of men in my situation is astronomical. At the age of 14 I stood up to my oppressors, I hit em, and I yelled "No MORE! Stop, F*kin hittin me". I did not win because I was still smaller than him. I'm 46, My healing started when I hit him and it's taken, so far, 32 years. My greatest fear in standing up for me, is becoming a bully in the process. It is sometimes difficult to be yourself, assuming one even knows who they are, in a world which does not know what it is. Mr. Willink, you are an inspiration to me to keep fighting and to overcome. Thank you. One thing I will say, which I hope will be of use to someone. You deserve to Heal.

It's been so hard to make even one small decision in my life and I've always been strong headed a fire cracker if you will lol. Discipline equals freedom; embrace it and no longer be confined to an out of shape body and start working towards a prolific career. Now to actually do it.
