Dave, what I did was to use cardboard instead of wood. I just used a couple of cereal boxes and cut them on an angle (made really long triangles), then taped that to the foam, one on each side of the foam. From there, used the foam cutter. The foam that is "lost" as part of the cutting is on the scrap side so I don't have to worry about that. The nice thing about using cardboard (especially cereal box) is that it bends in case you have foam which is curved or some other other form.

My god stop talking and get on with it 30 seconds stretched to nearly 11 minutes 1min 30sec would have been fine
